Hello. I just bought a used Steelcase Leap v2 off of ebay for $390. Had it for two days now, and I like it overall, but still not really 100% sure about it.
My problem is that the seat cushion is very thin. I can feel it bottom out when I sit on it, and I'm not a very heavy person (138 lbs). I've seen some say the cushion is incredibly comfortable, so I'm wondering if this is normal or what the deal is. I like the rest of the chair, and even though the back cushion is also very thin, it's pretty comfortable.
Also, where is the date located on this thing? I heard it's supposed to be a tag underneath the chair, but mine has no tag, only stickers that say it's all new material, don't remove this sticker, etc. There's also a QR code underneath one of the arm rests, so I'm guessing it's not too old. Is it possible that the newer Leaps just aren't as good?
