There’s a 7 plex for sale in my area. Nearly 4,000 sq feet. It needs a complete exterior makeover. Siding, roof, fascia siding. Interior needs paint and flooring. And updating kitchen and bathrooms.Any one have any idea on a general estimate on renovation cost?I also need to add central air and heat. It’s a up and coming area. If the permits are for a 7plex what steps would I need to go through to change it into a single family home or perhaps a bed and breakfast.Any tips, tricks, or opinions welcome!
