I ordered an item prior to Christmas which was kind of a pricey electronic. I got my original order right on time, but somehow a week later I got ANOTHER of the same item for free. I was very excited that somehow I got lucky or maybe they were giving it to me because I used a referral with my purchase.
Anyways, a few days ago I got an email from the vendor saying they accidentally sent me the second item on accident and they want it back. What should I do? What happens if I opened the item already? Will I be held liable through Amazon? Please help!
