Hi, I'm not sure if this goes here, but I'm in a bit of shell shock and I'm not sure what to do next.

Is been a long time coming and my mom finally got foreclosure papers. I live 6 hours from her and I'm not able to go up for another week or so. She's single and disabled, hasn't been to work since the summer due to a brain injury and fibromyalgia. I'm 24 and the only kid, just kind of getting a hang of my own job situation, and I've been taking care of her bills except the car payments and the mortgage.

Just in the short-term, what are her next steps? Going to get her to send a pic of the papers so I can see the instructions. How long she has, is there any chance to save the house (probably not), etc. But other than that, does anyone have experience with this so I know what to expect in the process?

I really hope this is her rock bottom; it's a good opportunity to get herself back on her feet in a new space, but it feels really bleak right now.
