Tl;dr: 25 yrs old, need new wardrobe for work/personal relaxed business casual feminine chic style, $600-1k USD budget.

~~~~~~~
Hello everyone, I'm looking for help and advise on what type of clothes to get to refresh my wardrobe and where to get them. I went to a mall recently in attempt to start this process but was so overwhelmed and ended up leaving tired and with nothing.
I turned 25 recently and don't really like my personal wardrobe (I still have a lot of things from when I was a teen, ugh) and have a very limited work wardrobe. My current work is what I would call business casual, but the type that also is okay to wear nice jeans as well, so a relaxed business casual I guess? I'm in a male dominated field so there's not many girls to get style inspiration from, and the few girls outfits vary a lot from person to person. For reference, the guys normally wear chinos/slacks/jeans and a button up or Henley, boots or nicer tennis shoes.
I want to purge a lot of my old clothes and get a new wardrobe where most or all items can be worn both for personal and work since I feel like an overlap can exist for a lot of the tops/bottoms.
I want my new clothes to say, I've got my shit together but I'm also graceful (feminine). I'm thinking I want to go for a feminine chic type of wardrobe but I'm half lost in the world of fashion so I'm open for suggestions/inspiration based on graceful/feminine style.
For reference in case it impacts certain styles I'm 5'6.5" size 0 jeans, XS-S top depending on brand, 32C bra.
My budget is around $600-1k since I figure this will be almost an entire wardrobe change and I plan to toss most of my existing clothes. And shopping online will probably be easiest since the selection is typically more.
Any help from outfit inspirations, links to stores/clothes and suggestions are highly appreciated!
