Hello so I am looking for advices! My grandmother bought a 2 room apartment (called studio in France ) few years ago for around 150 k € because people recommended her and she just got money from an heritage. Now she gets old and it’s to much stress to find people to rent. (She apparently had bad experiences) She want to sell it to help my father in his new business but I think since she want to sell it fast (around 130k) and the apartment is in saint Rafael (a popular tourist city in France) that it’s a bad call. Know what would you guys recommend because she lives alone there my father is too busy and I would try taking care of it but since I live miles away in another country I believe she would not trust me to able to take care of difficulties.
