(“Peace”), a licensed producer wholly owned by the Company, has just obtained a Dealer’s License pursuant to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act under Health Canada. This enables the Company to, through Peace, export medical cannabis extracts, including concentrated oil and resin products, internationally. “Cronos is focused on having a presence in all major international markets as the regulatory environment evolves. Bought a good bit of shares for my standards and I’m super happy to see these large cannabis companies and excited for July when Canada Legalizes cannabis and these businesses can start their expanding government contracts to meet the large demand.
