Phase I: Mass unfollow a bunch of accounts so there is less of a reason to use it. COMPLETED Phase II: Download an app that limits time on screen. Phase III: Write Reminders on my device so that I will read more. Phase IV: (Goes hand in hand with Phase III) Limit time to 10-15 Minutes a day. Phase V: After a month of this plan, lower time allowance to 5-10 minutes a day.
