Infant Tylenol and Childrens Tylenol have the same concentration per dose. Informed by our pediatrtion, confirmed with some research.
I have a one year old daughter who is cutting teeth right now and has been miserable. Infants Tylenol costs 5.99 for 1 fl. oz. and a syringe. Children's Tylenol also costs 5.99 but contains 4oz and comes with a measuring cup. Since we already have a syringe from previously purchasing Infant Tylenol we are now getting 3oz more for the same price!
