Trying to remove a set of cordless blinds to replace a string that snapped. It is the type of blinds without the bracket at the back that you push on to remove them.It is a long set of blinds covering a large window. There are 3 brackets. I cannot reach them all at once, but I have someone here who can help (who is also quite sick today, so the best he can do is follow instructions).It appears via internet searches that I'm supposed to push in where the 3 brackets are, then pull down from the back.
