Hello,a colleague of mine wants to build a table from reclaimed wood from South East Asian ships (mainly from Malaysia). I know this sub is very good in pointing out the toxicity issues of reclaimed wood, so does anybody have some experience what substances are used in weatherproofing this kind of wood?
