So, for the first time in my life I have multiple offers on the table. After running the numbers, I'm still a bit on the fence and am looking for some insight.
Offer 1: 6 month contract with possible extensions * $55/hour * Benefits would be purchased through staffing agency * No PTO or vacation (it would come out of my pocket) * 401K with no matching * Relocation expenses paid by me: $4K
Offer 2: 6 month contract with up to 2 years of extensions * $45/hour * Benefits would be purchased through staffing agency * No PTO or vacation (it would come out of my pocket) * 401K with no matching * No Relocation Expenses
Offer 3: Fulltime/Permanent * $80,000 salary * 6% employer match on 401K * 5% Employer Discretionary matching 401K * $1500 educational reimbursement per year * 15 days PTO w/ additional days accrued after 1 year * Incredible health plan (1 guy at the company pays only $100 bucks a month for himself and his 3 family members). * Annual Bonuses based upon company performance (company has awarded bonuses every year for the last 5 years).
Monthly bills come to about $1955, but if I relocate this could easily inflate to about $2500 due to increase in rent (my partner would not relocate for at least 3 months so I would be having to cover full rent and utilities on my own till then).
Appreciate any insight you can provide as I have been up all night running numbers and just can't decide.
