I'm thinking about challenging myself to use up all the food in my pantry and freezer this month. I often fall into the trap of buying a whole bag of something for one recipe, and then never revisiting it. So, hoping to use my cooking skills to use things up before they go bad. Anyone interested in posting a frugal-oriented goal they have for the month and posting follow ups as we go along to help motivate?
