Hey guys,I’m new to posting so I don’t know, if this is the correct subreddit. Pardon me, if not. Anyway, my problem revolves around a massive antique cupboard that I inherited end of 2017. When moving it to my flat I unfortunately did not hire professionals. This resulted in us moving the thing without any disassembly, ending in a broken-off foot and me eventually storing the cupboard in my garage as we did not manage to carry it up the staircase. Having it in my garage now (and not across the country in my great-aunts flat) I examined it more closely and realised there should be a way to disassemble it. There appear to be some wooden pins, fixing the top and the bottom to the sidewalls. Can you tell me how difficult this will be, based on my pictures, and if this is something I could tackle myself or if I should hire some carpenter company? The next thing is the broken-off foot (picture is also attached). Is this something I can repair myself or should I leave this again to a professional? If you need more information or pictures, just ask :)http://ift.tt/2mLS9aN a lot in advance, Joe via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2mJzWL6
