Combatant Gentleman just changed ownership and with that, the new owners are not providing refunds for any orders purchased. They said credit card company charge backs are the only option, however, the previous owners did a successful job of ignoring all my emails and waiting until my chargeback option had expired. The former CEO is on Reddit too. I hope none of you lost money like I did.
