Just subscribed and have been following the sidebar wiki on what to do with $. Realized my husband did not max out my 401k this year, so want to do that for 2018. He gets a year end bonus, which is a variable amount, so cant calculate the exact gross. So, what happens if I set contribution % to 15 and then hit the max contribution amount by mid-year? Will contributions stop automatically? Thanks.
