When I can't commute on my bicycle or motorcycle, I drive a 1995 Honda Civic that I bought in 1997 and has been paid off since 1999. It's been super reliable, but the design of the glove box latch was faulty. The first time it broke, I went to the junkyard and found a replacement for $5. This time, I skipped the junkyard and spent just 10% of that.
