Just a curiosity from a noob: Are there people out there who have been successful investors largely through feel or intuition; someone who just looks at it and goes, "I feel like this price is going up" or, "I feel like things are going to start slowing down soon" ? And are there people who can do it in the very short term, like guessing how a stock will do over the course of a single day?
