What are any ones thoughts on purchasing a new home worth $4280,000 (hoping to get it for around $420,000).....Im curious how much any one thinks your take home income should be each month to afford a house like this....I dont want to stretch my self thin. I will also be putting down around $100,000 from savings plus equity from my current home.
