Thanks to all of you, I had to share. We are in the part of the country that has been hit by below zero temperatures, and had to unexpectedly drive out of state to help his parents. I forgot in the urgency that I had left a bag of apples in our garage in the more moderate temps to stay cool. While we were gone, our freezer started dying so I have been trying to save what I can. In the process, I came across a partial bag of cranberries. So.... I'm now processing my first batch of "Christmas Jam"! I love learning from all of you, and wanted to share what you have inspired me to do. I don't get paid for another month, and yet, my family can have some fun jam. Thank you, and happiest 2018!
