I’ve been having my eye on a Filson mackinaw coat for awhile now. Getting their emails.. seeing these cowboys and “rough” working men in their advertisements. Thinking “damn, this jacket is probably perfect for the winters in northern Virginia “ while I’m doing hvac on a roof for some commercial company. But every time I see the damn price of these 300-700 dollar coats I’m flabbergasted at the fact this was actually made for the people like me, and most back when they released originally.
