My friend who does investing is in a belief that minium prices exist on STOCKs and CRYPTOCURRENCY such as bitcoin. I have tried to explain to him such minium prices doesn't exist (on stocks for example) but he keeps using circular arguments.

So my question is: how do I very simply explain that there is not a minium MARKET price on stocks (and cryptocurrency)

I'm not THAT good in investing, but Im in a university studying economic sciences on first year. (Is there something I have missed?)
