My goal is to spend hundreds and (roughly) have a one in a million shot of winning hundreds of millions. What is the most cost effective way to do this? "Lottery stocks" seem to perform poorly on average, but with powerball tickets you're giving away a lot of money to the state and the convenience store. Surely there must be a way to actually play the lottery with the stock market? Betting? Something?
