I know that the cheapest way to eat is rice and beans, but I've gained 20 pounds in the last year and trying to reduce my carb intake. Which means no rice, beans, potatoes, or really any cheap and filling foods.

I've been doing a lot of chicken and broccoli but a bitch gets tired of that after like 3 weeks... Any tips on how to maintain a lower carb diet on the cheap?
