Hi BIFL!
So I've searched through many of your posts about wallets, finding some beautiful options, but not quite what I'm looking for.
I'm looking to buy a nice leather wallet for my dad who will be turning 70 soon. He desperately needs a new one. But, he will probably want one similar to what he already has.
His current one is a plain black leather vertical bi-fold (so one fold, but it doesn't bend over the bills if that makes sense) that he always keeps in his back pocket. He has had it so long it is permanently curved from being sat on!
I wish I could say cost doesn't matter because I would sell my kidney to get my dad something nice, but I would like to stay under $150.
He doesn't like money clips, and he has a boatload of cards. As this is BIFL, you guys all know durability is important, but to add on to that my dad still works full time (60hrs/week) at a job where he moved around a lot, if that helps in the decision.
I put coat pocket wallet in the title because, in the sites I've looked at that have been recommended, those are the closest I've seen to what he has.
