I'm interested in the Fjallraven jackets, specifically the Fjallraven Raven jacket, or the Raven Winter jacket (the same as the Raven jacket but with an insulated lining) - they're the field jacket style. Some questions:
1) Is Fjallraven BIFL quality? If not, how close is it to BIFL status?
2) How is their customer service? Do they have similarly stellar warranty programs the way I hear about Arc'teryx and LL Bean?
Any other advice about Fjallraven products and jackets that you'd like to add? Thanks a lot!
