Hi r/frugal. Found a nice cheap apartment but felt kinda meh about it. Found a different apartment that is $100 cheaper and also has all of the things I want. The catch? It's next a construction site. There is scaffolding up and the balcony faces it. Based off the pictures Ive seen, they are tearing apartments down and building a put put green of some sort and putting in a new street. These buildings were built in 1986 so I am not worried about asbestos, but how bad the dust will be I do not know. Ive worked in healthcare (and worked in an intensive care unit) so constant noise doesnt really bother me. My work hours are mostly 7-6, though I do end up having some week days off. Should I drop this idea? Am I hitting the limits of intelligent frugality?

thank you for your time and help!
