I was at Home Depot looking at Leviton single-pole light switches.The gentleman working there explained to me that per code, I am required to use the screw terminal of the light switch (I live in North Carolina. I always thought I am allowed to use either the screw terminal or the push-in wire connection.He also said using the screw terminal is much more secure. Is he correct?He furthermore advised that I use an electrical tape and wrap it around the switch so that the screw terminals are covered. Is this good advice? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2iPqcgM
