Looking for ideas or suggestions: we moved into a new home this year and our natural gas bill has been $30 to $40 more a month than our old home. Granted, it is a bigger house but we no longer have a gas stove/range. Our gas only powers the water heater and furnace. We've been trying to be conscientious about washing on cold when possible and only running the dishwasher every few days. But each month we get that bill and are blown away by the amount. Any thoughts?
