It looks like this and another angle.It's the only one like in the entire utility room positioned a couple feet above dryer cord.Inside the hole there is a metal base with a screw in the center pointed towards you. On the screw there is a tab.All of the dryer connection I used have a well defined hole on the ground or sticking out a little bit from the wall.I don't even know where to begin.
