I have been working for a kosher deli for the past 10 years. I have seen the place change hands twice. The newest owner wants out. The work is too hard for the amount of money he was making. You have to love restaurant work and he does not, but i do. Ok for the price tag $30,000. I would need a loan. I would need lots of help understanding all the laws that are involved In owning a business. I'm uneducated. The only thing I know is food service. 10 years kosher deli after 15 years bouncing around the city learning different styles from some amazing chefs. I've done everything from dishes to kitchen manager. I've worked front of the house just as passionately as I've done the back. I want this but you know $30,000. What do y'all think about this?
