Hello, as the title suggests, I'm thinking about moving back to the US (short term only). I've got outstanding debt of over 100k which were meant for college, business, personal expenses etc.
I'm in big financial trouble but I simply don't know where to start. I simply don't have a way to pay back any of that from next month. (that's a different story).
Since I'm not in the US, my first priority is on ensuring that I won't get arrested.
What should I do in years to follow? I don't have plans to live in the US in immediate future. I've got so much trouble in my personal life that this isn't the biggest issue. However, this is also one of them. I looked up some posts (related to mine) and they suggested that someone in my position should be filing for bankruptcy. I'm a resident of KY and I haven't defaulted yet!
