Morning y'all

As a person who spends 6 days a week in the gym, nutrition is important to me. I track my calories and macros with myfitnesspal and do my shopping/cooking to hit those macros. I generally need around 150-180 grams of protein/day while staying under a certain calorie limit. I am eating at maintenance/slight over during the holidays before I cut in January.

My issue is how to shop yet hit my macros. Protein can generally be expensive when you are talking about buying lean meats, egg whites and greek yogurt. I wish I could fit 80/20 beef into my macros but the fat content would eat into my macros. I eat plenty of vegetables for satiety and micronutrition, but my main issue is protein.

Any tips?
