Hey.I'm making a shield with a built-in flash to blind close targets. I made the computer system which triggers a relay for a runtime-programmable duration but I don't know what light I should use.The range isn't a problem (~3-4 meters), as long as it is powerful enough to blind the targets.Also, NO, I do not plan on using it for illegal purposes.
