Yet again, ebay is offering $15 off any purchase of at least $75 (except for items in coins/currency and gift card categories). Use the coupon code PSAVEONAPP. Code must be applied via the mobile app (iOS or Android). Begins Saturday 12/23 at 4PM ET, expires 8pm ET
Must pay with Paypal. If you can't find a single >$75 item you're interested in, you can add multiple cheaper items to your cart. Just make sure the cart total is at least $75 (not including shipping), and then apply the coupon at checkout. imo the easiest way to do this is to browse on desktop, add item(s) to cart, then grab your mobile device -> apply coupon -> complete checkout there. You can add items to your cart now, and then check out when the coupon goes live in a few hours.
