I usually am at work from 9:40-5:30, and I'm an hour drive away from home. I usually workout at least 2-3 times a week for an hour at least, so I'm usually home by 7:30-8:30 depending on when I leave work.
Do you go to the gym early in the morning then go to work? Or vice versa? Which one do you find leaves you with more free time to do other things (video games, tv, shopping, errands) etc?
