I just have to share this with people that will understand. I am a tall female with large feet (size 10-11) and because of a foot shattering in my teen years I wear only specific supportive shoes. I like to be stylish but often settle for shoes I can afford, that fit well.
Well my aunt stopped by my house this evening to deliver 11 pairs of shoes ranging from leather sandals to winter hikers. All pretty much brand new and very high end (in original boxes with receipts and price tags) apparently someone with my exact shoe size donated the lot at the thrift store she volunteers for and she bought them all for $10 a pair. These are shoes that range from $150 to $350.
All the shoes are also made specifically for foot comfort but are not the usual fugly medical type shoes.
Never in my life have I owned so many shoes and never would I have been able to buy all these shoes new, forget even finding them all! I am still in shock. This has got to be the find of the century!!!!
