Inputs: 24yo, fresh B EU driving license.
In which countries can I rent a car?
1) UK - seems like no luck at all, they all require 1 year of experience.
2) Enterprise - requires customers to be at least 25 years.
3) Switzerland - has Mobility - which is very nice and doesn't care as long you have a valid license.
4) Greece - doesn't care if you rent a car on a small island, though, a friend of mine with 5 months old license was refused.
Interested countries: USA, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, Balcan countries, Greece, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus.
Please share your stories, if you have, and if possible, please, avoid comments about "it's too much risk with low experience", thanks!
PS: I believe this is Frugal, because renting a car should be cheaper than buying one, if you need it just for a holiday.
Also there are alternatives - scooters, but they don't work well in winter.
