I do and I absolutely hate it. I'm comfortable financially, have 8 months of expenses tucked away in savings, and really don't have anything to worry about. Yet here I am anxious as hell because I just dropped $500 to finish my Christmas shopping.
Anyone else get needlessly anxious over spending money?
