So my partner and I are both pretty young (23 and 24) and we're looking to buy a farm.
My aunt and uncle found one near their farm for us to buy (just over 200 acres) they said they would rent the farmable land from us, if we'd like.
I'm wondering if we could actually get a loan to purchase the property. It's being sold for just over 1,000,000. My partner and I make roughly 120,000 year together. Could we actually be approved for a loan for that amount? What options do we have?
