So I found out I need a MacBook for a video editing class I'll be taking starting the end of January, and I definitely can't afford to buy a brand new computer. Also kind of sucks because I bought a brand new laptop 5 months ago that's not a Mac. I'd like to have it at least a week before the class starts, as I've never been a Mac user and want to get familiar with the OS.
So right now there's a lot of holidays and sales coming up. Should I buy now so they don't all get snatched up, wait til Black Friday/cyber Monday, or the after Christmas sales?
