I just discovered Tim through a Biggerpockets podcast episode and even though he talks in very vague terms, as most influential entrepreneurial authors do, he had a much different philosophy than other vocal investors which was refreshing.
Is Tim as smart as he sounds or is he just another guy in the business making money from selling books and motivation techniques?
