So I live in a pretty snowy part of the country and I’m having a hard time finding a good pair of affordable winter boots. I’d love to find a pair that I can wear all day to work (aka that would go well with jeans/tights/leggings), but that also have a decent amount of traction and, most importantly, are WATERPROOF! I was eyeing this pair from target: http://ift.tt/2k14MkA But I have no idea if they would be waterproof enough to walk in the snow/ice. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Looking to spend up to $50. Thank you!!
