I just had iTunes mess up my iTunes library and lose music. I'm a bit peeved. And I'm tired of this program and managing my own music.
I just signed up for trial of Amazon Unlimited Music (99 cents for 3 months) and give it a shot. It's great that all the music I want (AFAIK) is there. Download what you like to phone or just plain old streaming. I'm giving it a shot.
This falls in lime with my desire to own as little as possible. More about minimizing. If I only pay for streaming music (or not), then it's less stuff to own and manage. No backups to mess with.
Have you moved to streaming music? That's all one of my daughter uses: free Spotify.
BTW, I listen to pretty much every kind of music. I like it all, some genres more than others.
