I've been with my job for a little over 3 years (in Wisconsin, which apparently has one of the best state retirement systems in the country!) I would say what I have already contributed so far, but we only get a statement once a year. We contribute 6.8% per pay check, I believe that same amount is matched. I've contributed about 3k this year (according to amount on my paystub) The real issues is that I have been thinking about a move back to the Pacific NW in the summer of 2018. I will also hit my 4 year mark then. We are fully vested at 5 years. I'm not very well versed in retirement stuff, and I don't know if it will be worth it to stick around until my 5 year mark or not?
