I have been working with my current company for +-4 months now. Got here through an recuitment agency. Next week I have an evaluation with my direct superior about my work. If everything goes right I start working here with an actual contract (not via agency, can't come up with the English term).

When I started here we signed a kind of 'Contract proposition' which stated what my monthly pay would be when working via the agency, and what pay I would recieve when actually working here fulltime.

I am a young guy,but I suspect I could be asking more per month and would like to bring this up at the evaluation with HR(later in nov-dec).

Would this be considered a bad move or should I take the risk?
