This guy worked nine years in a financial firm where most employees only last a few months. He runs a "huge" Magic The Gathering youtube channel and sometimes talks about his past as a financial adviser.

This video won´t really be suited to someone who doesn't´t follow him on a regular basis, but it really gives a good insight in to what happens in the back rooms of investment firms (and really, any other large firms). It´s a story of how he basically gave some great financial advice which was highly profitable for the client, but which wasn't´t profitable enough for the firm itself and how he was then forced to undo the transactions and give the customer an option where the customer would be making way less money but the firm would make more.
