Just as the title says. My brother stole my debit card number and has racked up 3k worth of fraudulent charges and emptied my checking account. I sat with the bank manager last week and id'd all of tge charges that weren't me. I pressed charges and put the case number down with the disputed claims. I got a letter today stating that regions was not going to credit any of the money back.
My question for you, is there anything i can do to get these funds back? I have nothing left. I cant pay my rent. I cant even afford to get new glasses because i broke mine. I am a handicap man and use a wheelchair. I cant drive, so there is no way i was using the card in two places at once. I'm destitute and dont know what to do.
Edit: are there any bankers in here that can help? I can prove any documents or my own handicap.
