Hi,
I am currently working on a real estate investment project for my university and was wondering whether someone could help me with the following task:
I have to find an Open-end Diversified Core Equity Fund (pension funds, insurance companies etc.) that invests & has already invested in hotel real estate in the US, preferably with American/Canadian origins. Additionally, it would be nice if their current hotel portfolio would already consist of properties in different major cities within USA & Canada.
Does anyone have a company in mind?
