They are bricking one of their universal remote products because it requires a cloud service(which they are shutting down) and only providing a 35% off of a product to replace it if you purchased it out of warranty(which is only 90 days...).

I have held Logitech for a hell of a run-up over the last few years(over 100%) in my ROTH IRA, but I am starting to wonder whether I should take my profits here because I can't support this kind of blatant anti-consumer policy. It gives me a very bad feeling.

Edit: and more pragmatically, I think they will lose lots of previously loyal customers over this nonsense.
